During a crisis, our psyche is different, business not as usual. We yearn for security and certainty in our personal and professional lives. We should use this time to either help resolve the crisis or strengthen the core essence of our software so that we can reserve our energy for the new normal.
Development thrives on shared knowledge, exposure to others' ideas/cross-pollination, criticism of code style and architecture. We need senior developers to help foster that environment, not destroy it.
